How much Watts for a 20 x 20x 9 Foot Room

I don't really like that loud just a very good tight Bass like 25 Hz or lower

my room also has all LP on 1 side of the wall and also kitchen cabinets and bar fridge and small office in the end of the room, new home was built for comfort

Your room is 3600ft/cubed which isn't all that bad. The REAL bad news is that it is a perfect square which is just awful for standing waves.
Is this for HT use which I can assume means multiple listeners or for a single user setup? To get good bass for multiple users in a square footprint room may be a problem. (will be, actually)
You will need to work on the room, as well.
Also, multiple subs (2x) is another path towards a solution.
