MCS was the house brand for J C Penney stores back when they used to sell electronics. They quite in 1987. It was probably made by Technics and is comparable to any other Japanese dreck from that period.
Has anyone heard of MCS 3245 amplifier?
I seen one on ebay and it looks like is can do some damage. Anyone ever heard one? Thanks
