Has anyone had problems with Micromega's service?


Three months ago, I paid 2000 euros plus tax to Micromega for a new drive for my Trio CD player and for the supply of a new DAC and power supply. Despite assurances that the work was "nearly" complete, and despite a number of emails and telephone calls asking what is going on, I have received nothing. I would like to ask users if they have had similar problems, and advice on what I can do to solve the situation.
