Genesis III Speakers Anyone? ?

I'm in the process of purchasing Genesis III speaker, I have not heard them, AudioReview consumer rating seems to support them as being good speaker. How do the compare with current market speakers? Hows the sound on these speakers? I order the Sterophile review dated 1993. Was hoping to get some immedate feedback now. I was told that the company stopped making these due to the expensive cost.
