Garrard 3000 keep or toss?

I've got an old stero console with a Garrard 3000 changer in it. Is this worth keeping for a new plinth and arm project, or should I just get rid of the whole kit'n'kaboodle?

Maybe someone will post a link to a restorer. I looked at one a few months back and it brought back fond memories of my youth. I can understand the allure, so check out the restorers if you got the least inkling to keep it. Dave
