Flat spot on the idler wheel. Same thing happened to one of my Dual TTs. If these idler drive TTs sit around for awhile the rubber on the idler wheel can develop a flat spot. You need a new idler wheel - or have someone resurface the old one.

Question 1 :
Speed Lever will not move to 45 or 78...it is stuck on 33 ( which plays well on 33 )
Any suggestions how to fix / move lever?
Question 2 :
When turntable is spinning, I hear pulsating sound when I put my ear to woofer and also hear pulsating sound between record tracks.
Is this normal ?...( this is an idler arm table )
Question 3 :
I was trying to adjust strobe ring around platter ( which is made of plastic ), and it broke
Any suggestions please.
All other functions ...changer...return...and play..work well.
