Dual CS450 turntable runs fast....help

I have a Dual CS450 turntable which is about 2 years old. It runs a bit fast. My local repair shop said there should be some kind of adjustment, but I can't seem to find it. I e-mailed Dual in Germany, but they referred me to someone in NYC, who referred me to...and so on. Any ideas? Thanks. Jeff
