I am new to the DCS family. I find that the temperature of the Elgar plus is a bit warm even if it is on standby. Could any user of the Elgar plus pls adv if it is common?

Dont worry it does run very hot. The components are packed inside very tightly and there are no vents in the casing. It is normal to be hot to the touch. Also in stand by it is still heating the clock components and will still be warm.
