There are probably local shops that could do it for you, wood especially.
Custom Armboards
I have a VPI HW-19 with a heavily modified, read messed up, plinth and armboard. I have ordered a Riggle VTAF adjuster for it and am thinking I might clean things up with a new acrylic armboard. Anyone make these or do some custom acrylic /wood work?
