Connecting a receiver with a tuner to a Rotel integrated amp

Have an older Nakamichi Compact receiver 1 which has a tuner that I would like to use its FM. How do I connect it to my Rotel Integrated amp. The Rotel has a pre out and aux input available. The Nakamichi has Pre output, main input, and aux input available. HELP

Nak pre out to Rotel aux in. Select tuner on Nak, select aux on Rotel, play tuner through Rotel using Rotel speaker outputs

Alternately, use a pair of Tape Out jacks on the Nak set to "Tuner". Connect to Aux on the Rotel. No need to use the volume control on the Nak!
