Close Lobster

So last week I received a new disc from Europe- Close Lobsters' Post Neo Anti... Close Lobster is a Glasgow based jangle pop band from the 80’s. They haven’t released a full length album in probably 25 years. They are kind of like a Scotland based Feelies, Connells, or even early REM. This is a deep track recommendation, but Post Neo is REALLY good. So while we are in self isolation, crank up the Rickenbackers and dance.

Thanks for the heads-up on some new music that I would have otherwise likely never heard. I took a listen via Spotify. Didn't love it, but I thought it started picking up on side 2, starting with "Now Time". Worth a second listen.

BTW, what was your old ID?
