cartiage for Kenwood L07D genuine tone arm

I has a chance to get this turntable
Currently I use thorens ambiance table, transrotor arm and benz micro LP
My speaker system is quad esl-63 pro plus Gradient SW-63
Is there any suggestion about a new cartiage for this player

If I used a higher compliance cartridges, for example, Van del Hul Frog ( 35 Micron/mN ); what's wrong with it?

Jonnyb53,thanks for input. I have to admitted I did not considered it before
in some vintage preamp, there is a low frequency cut ( <20hz)；does it work?

I received it last weekend.
I found its sub weight should be attached to the arm for more choice of cartridges.
Does it change the effective mass of tonearm?

According to manual,I found the sub weight should be attached to the arm for the cartridge heavier than 9g
Does it change the effective tone arm mass?

Since the effective tone arm mass is not simple measurement
If I change a aftermarket headshell, how it will change? Can I ausume it add or decrease the difference only?
