Can we get close to contemporary?

I need first to state that I avidly love this forum, this hobby and very much this website. I have been here and active for a long time. Kudos to those who made it happen and have been able to keep it relevant over so many changes during the hobby!! Seriously. It is no small feat and I want to say that before I make a request...

I think we really need to become a bit more technologically up-to-date to remain viable and preserve the community we have built. Many of our members are are tech so I think this will be an appropriate request and echoed by others. I would like to state the following as my *requests* rather than start a technical pet peeve list. I think the Agon staff does a great job but with evolving technology we have evolving needs...

my wish list:
1) an iphone app or a fully iphone5 compatible website. After years of chasing the "send email" box as it moves across my iphone screen... and losing most, I really need this one to use the site regularly and actively. On a PC its easy but with travel and travel-related-downtime my iphone usage is my "free time/hobby" web browsing.

2) Please, please, please add an "ignore" or "blacklist" feature. The longer you stay on this site or any other the more likely you are to want this. Most sites have programmed this option. I find my own decade-old recollection is faulty on my mental hobby-blacklist and would embrace my own reminder of why I might never want to communicate or deal with an individual again...

I understand that an iphone app is pending. I quite eagerly await its launch (and would happily beta-test). Any update or ETA would be great.

Any other suggestions are welcomed too, but please keep it appropriate to a forum that lets us talk to each other, share our experiences + insights + learning, and avoid ebay/paypal etc!

Thanks,
Jacob

thanks. I enjoy your posts. I sometimes enjoy those of members I do not like. I would not say "hate"

You do not buy or sell a lot though you are active and valued by all on forums. There are some serious and repeated deadbeats and d*bags on the buy/sell side. Used to be common on ebay and rarer here among hobbyists... I just would like that their emails do not make it to my inbox. Happy to read their forum posts if I choose...
Well thanks for replying though. This post (iphone) was a serious issue for me and posed repeated problems. I am surprised there are no other requests or comments since this is my biggest issue here in last 30 months back in the hobby and on this site...
