Can Oppo 105 obviate need for iScan Duo?

I'm thinking of moving my Oppo 95 to a secondary setup, and replacing it with a 105. I think I can connect the output of my DirecTV HD-DVR to the 105, HDMI-1 of the 105 directly to my projector and HDMI-2 to my Cary 11for audio. The output of my Mac Mini would go to a USB port of the 105. The 105 would provide processing and switching among disc, HD-DVR, and computer audio. The iScan Duo would go into my mother's setup, along with the 93 displaced by the 95 in the secondary setup.

It seems too neat a solution to be true. Am I missing something?
