Buddaheads "In The Mirror" CD

Anyone own this CD?  It's pretty rare in that it was made by the Band as a CD-R.  The reason I'm asking is that my CD won't rip without a lot of errors in the first 4 tracks.  I'm wondering if it was recorded that way or if the CD has defects causing the bad rips.  I've cleaned the disc and looked for scratches, but it really looks clean and defect free.  

I've tried editing the WAV file using EAC and deleted several pops. I also let EAC remove thousands of glitches, but the results are not good.  I'm hoping someone has a good copy that can rip and submit to the  AccurateRip database so I can repair using CueTools (Probably a stretch as I rarely get CueTools to work).

Any help would be appreciated.
