Check with Leben to see if the Bendix 5852 is a recommended replacement. The 5852 draws twice the filament current (1.2A vs .6A for the 6X5). I found the Bendix 5852 to work very well in my Audio Note Kits L3 pre-amp. Give it a couple of minutes of warm up time or you will hear some buzzing.

Is a Bendix 5852 a drop in replacement for a 6X5GT? Would be replacing the 6X5GT rectifier in my Leben RS30-EQ.
