Bel canto streamer vs Dac 3

So I am streaming off my tv to my Bel Canto Dac 3. Been thinking about going with the Bel Canto Streamer. Which I understand has a built in Dac. So my question is.... Is the Dac in the streamer better than the Dac in my Dac 3? Also would I be better to get a Dac 3.5 with VBS power supply vs the streamer? Anyone have experience with these?
