Aurender Conductor App

Is anyone else having a problem with this app? I can't seem to connect, I reached out for support but haven't heard back.

Then shut off and restart your Aurender. I have not had this problem… but from my IT days… this would be first steps. Aurender typically has great customer service… I think I have always got a response within 24 hours… usually much less. I think the US guy is located in Seattle.
