Audioquest T-5H Phono Cartridge?

Hi, all. Does anyone know anything about an old Audioquest cartridge called a T-5H? I recently bought a used Systemdek TT that came with it, and I want to give the cartridge to a friend. In particular, I'd like to know its output (I think it's a high output MC) and its recommended tracking force. Any help would be appreciated.
