Audio terms and spread sheets

I am not sure if this is the right category but here goes my questions. Since I have revived my vinyl collection, I want to use an excel spread sheet to document my recordings. Does anyone have an audio terminology list that I could use to help document the recordings. Also has anyone made up such a spread sheet and care to share....
