Audio Magic Blackout paint

Hello all,

I am not trying to open myself up to criticism or to attract insults from the usual posters who have not tried this tweak yet feel the need to insult me and tell me why it cannot work.

I already bought the paint and applied it to all the tubes on my Decware amp, and I am very pleased with the improvement in sound quality.

What i would like is to hear from those of you who actually own and use this product to tell me other spots that you have found to yield an improvement in sound quality when painted with the BlackOut paint.

Thanks so much for any suggestions!

Well, this is a new one. I am guessing that it is not actually black… as that would hold heat in. I’ll definitely keep track of the product to see if it repeatedly seen to not effect tube life. That would be my main concern. I must have nearly 50 tubes in use among my three systems. (Wow, how did that happen… it was gradual… but once momentum got started… the results in sound reinforced more tubes… and here I am)

The idea behind the product seems valid.

You are correct; it is not, in act, black at all, but rather kind of a pale beige color.

Thanks for your thoughts. I hear you regarding tubes accumulating with no apparent explanation :-D
