ATI 1202 or Parasound HCA-1000A

I am debating between two amps for purchase (an ATI 1202 and a Parasound HCA-1000A). I will be using this amp to power two surround back speakers (PSB 2B's) and can't decide which way to go.

Any input on this would be extremely appreciated.

I'd pick up less pricey if it's only for movies and better quality for multi-ch audio.
Leverage between multi-ch/2ch music/movies to decide.
For music my choice would be Bel Canto S300 which is approximately the same pricewise as subject.
