Are the NAD C-160 and 162 preamps the same?

According to a nad rep and more than one nad dealer the units are the same internally. If you go to nads website and look at the info sheet for both units their stats are indentical... Oh, the remote is different though... Personally a detachable powercord would have been nice...

It appears that the only difference is that the rear input and output connectors have a silk-screened border around them.
