Anyone know where I can get info on Quart Pur MCS?

I listened to these speakers today at a local audio shop and was very impressed. Not great in the low end but sonically beautiful in the mids and upper end, almost like a ribbon sound. I cannot find any info other than there were only 300 pairs made. Does anyone have any kind of information?
