Anyone have the setup book for Grace Tonearms?

I have a Grace 707 on my LP12 and I must remove it to repair some rather nasty damage.
I would like to have the setup paper(s) on the tonearm.

Anyone know of a website where it is available for download, or a person who might be able to send me a photocopy?
