Anybody hear Pioneers Elite DV-79AVi yet?

I am waiting for these to show up in a local dealers showroom. If you read the spec sheet on this product it sounds like a great bargain at 1000.00. I believe a lot of the spec is equal to that of the 3500.oo Denon DVD5910.
The construction is triple layered, the video spec is very close with 10 bit video processing, 6 burr-brown chipset.
I realize it is not exact spec with the 5910 but at 3.5 times the cost less, it seems like it might be a great value.
