Does anyone know if I can use a subwoofer with my old Creek 4240 SE amplifier? Any recommendations, if so?Thanks.

Hey dne: we are clearly on the same path; I got the EtherC's and love them. I like what I'm hearing about the Mojo Chord...is it that much better than the HP P1? And what is the DAP you are using. If I'm using the Chord for DAC and amplification, ...

What DAP would you recommend?

I have the old ones...which is why I got the HPP1...maybe I should upgrade my DAP. I have my music on 3 iPod classics, one modified to hold 320 gigs.

Sorry for being such a newbie, but this stuff is fascinating and I like talking to people with a similar obsession for good sound and music.

Why did you get rid of the HPP1? What's better about the MOJO? And do you have a separate desktop dac/amp also? Does the MOJO accept an iPod? That's why I got the Fostex...it has the USB input.

One more question, dne...any recommendation for an amp with those cans? I have a Foxtex h1p1 right now, portable.

Great to know. I feel funny buying something I haven't heard, but I can't find any around here in stores...and I think from what you've said and all the reviews I've read, I can't go wrong.

DNE: thanks so much. I really wanted to hear from someone who had tried both, not a professional reviewer. I have a pair of Sines, which I will keep to have the Audeze sound...but will now buy the Ether Cs. Thanks so much for the help.
