Integrated amp and CD player for the new B&W 805S?
I normally wasn't a B&W fan - the I heard the new Classe with the 805s - it just WORKS. I'll still keep my Dynaudios but that integrated amp sounded amazing with that speaker.
Anthem AVM 30 vs. Parasound Halo C2
The self calibration on the parasound was 'ok' at best, it did a HORRIBLE job with the sub - it wanted to think our DD15 was 45ft away and cranked the gain up by approx. 15db!!!! can you say oops? any person even without an SPL meter can manually ...
DVI to component input adapters ?
not off the top of my head... again why not just use 480p as thats' DVD's native resolution, and let the TV scale it as needed?
What is the best Big Screen TV?

Anthem AVM 30 vs. Parasound Halo C2
I was disgusted that the S&V review didn't discuss the Bryston SP 1.7 - I own one and feel it blows away the Parasound (and I ever was impressed by any of my friend's anthem stuff). Haven't heard the Krell, so I can't comment there... but havi...

Apple Airport Express Very Cool Product
you don't need to modify ANYTHING - i bought one, bought a miniToslink to Toslink adaptor, plugged the cable into my musical fidelity trivista, and started playing both streaming audio and music off my computer via AIFF (uncompressed) just fine......
DVI to component input adapters ?
not for less than that dvd player probably cost - and besides, do you want to use the scaler in the player or the native one in the tv? unless you got a really high-end player, it's a downhill battle... btw - there are 3 kinds of DVI, a fully digi...
the new musical fidelity x can v3 headphone amplif
I have one and am thrilled with it. I have listened to it with various Grados (SR-60 / 80 / 225 / RS-2 / RS-1) as well as a few Sennheiser phones and love what it does. I did find that a huge upgrade could be had by replacing the 6922s with better...
How much does your system retail for?
HT/2ch hybrid: ~34,000 (i added up 33,820 but i know i'm forgetting a ton of small-but-expensive little things like PCs, brackets, labor on some in-wall wiring, etc)... god, i often think i'd rather have a (slightly) used porsche boxter s or ///m3...

iPod help needed...
Plus, I forgot to mention in my 320 AAC endorsement - in addition to allowing FAR greater storage capacity, the smaller 320 AAC files will greatly increase battery life (no big deal if listening thru a doc tho). The RAM buffer in the device is onl...
