UltraBit Platinum vs MAPLESHADE MIKROSMOOTH

Has anyone compared the two?

They are both good. On my favorite CDs and SACDs, I clean the disc, rub on the Microsmooth, clean it again, then rub in the Ultrabit Platinum.

This gives the best sound out of trying many treatments.

If you ask the owners of those companies, they will both tell you how inferior other products are. So listen but don't get BSed.

I've tried other plastic polishes that work well, but would recommend the Microsmooth because it is very fine, not abrasive, and formulated for CDs.

Be sure to use an environmentally friendly cleaner between treatments, rub in well, and remove all residue build-up.

You can apply the Ultra Bit Platinum twice to ensure any cleaner or polish residue is removed, but don't waste it.
