Threshold e-line voltage conversion

Anyone have the details for converting e-line Threshold equipment from USA to UK voltage? The manuals say ask Threshold/In Concert but they're long gone. I'm betting there's a printed procedure sitting somewhere. Yep, I scanned every post under conversion on the Gon and got some ideas but nothing specfic. Also, are IEC power cord jacks universal, that is, once the conversion is complete can I trot off to get an appropriate power cord in the UK no problem?

Jon is a former Threshold engineer; he is the acknowleged expert (other than Nelson Pass himself) at repair/update of Threshold gear. He and I worked at Threshold at the same time in the late '80s/early '90s.
