Anti Skate for Well Tempered Reference

Dear Forum
I have a vexing problem of too much anti skate force with the adjustment wheel set at the minimum force on the arm. I need to find a way to decrease the "twist" in the monofilament line that suspends the tone arm paddle in the silicone fluid. Anybody familiar with this wonderful but difficult to set up arm ?
