Thanks all, will try any other avenue and see  @tecknik  the issue is the cable work just fine consistently on right and have swapped cables left and right as well  @jmarshak speakee cables has been swapped left and right at the amp side as well...

@westcoastaudiophile it just means the left channel is considerably softer and once it normalized (sometimes few minutes after playing music), it just wake up with the right volume, sometimes it doesn't wake up at all, if that makes sense based on...

That's really good to know, as I see the mark behind the power input it only states 220v, but are you advising that it is safe to run up to even 240v with some tolerance of +/- %, I am using regulator because in my country the voltage is 240v and ...

Is there any guide how should 230v/240v label should be? I am eyeing for a 220v pre-owned unit but need to convert that into either a 230v or preferably a 240v versionAppreciate some advise
