roger waters taking the wall on the road...yes/no
This may well be the last time it ever gets toured. At the ripe old age of 66, I doubt there are too many large production tours left in Roger."Worth the money?" you asked...well, this is music history. And Waters is one of the most insightful and...

I have a REL sitting on an ASC SubTrap (http://www.asc-hifi.com/sub-trap.htm). I live in a wood frame apartment, carpeted floor, and the REL augments a pair of Silverline SR15 m0nitors. In elevating the sub, I found the bass to become more airy, m...
'they blew'em off the stage'
Back in the early '70's the headliner was Jethro Tull. The opening band was Steeleye Span. Never heard of them...no one had. They were pure magic. I can't say they blew away Tull, but they were a very hard act to follow. So much so the crowd kept a...

Best Preamp $2,000.00 budget
Mark and Gammajo are spot on. The Audio Horizons TP 2.1 is outstanding. I optioned for the black faceplate over the silver and the remote as well (you can add features later if you so desire) The base entry TP 2.1 is incredible.

Is anybody using Ready Acoustics bass traps ?
HowdyI went for the ASC Sub Trap for my REL and the difference was extraordinary. If you look into the ASC, the price is very reasonable and the enhancement in so many ways locks the system perfectly.
tube pre suggestion
Look into the Musical Designs SP2B...entry level price is $1000 and wonderfully upgradeable later on. It's a sleeper and often goes unnoticed. Its price \ performance ratio is remarkable.
