Sound differences between Copper and Aluminum Bus Bar Electrical Panels
I'm coming to the conclusion that if the incoming utility power lines to the meter is aluminum and the main power lines from the meter outside to the panel is aluminum, then changing the panel from an aluminum bus bar to copper would have minimal ...
Which 30K Speakers Would You Give Up For Tekton Double Impacts?
Replaced my AZ Crescendo MKIIs and REL R-528SE subwoofer with the Tekton DI SEs (with cables to the subwoofer, this is over $30K). The need eliminating the subwoofer was immediately apparent. The DI SEs keep sounding better with play time. They ar...

"The neutral bar as well as the ground bar in the Square D QO panel and Homeline panel are made from an aluminum alloy, not plated copper". My search on the internet shows the Square D QO panel as having a copper bus bar.

David, Check the TC thread.  I made the last post.
Sound differences between Copper and Aluminum Bus Bar Electrical Panels

New Tweak --- Its Fantastic
My "panel service" was finished yesterday.  An electrician and the power company met at my house at 9am.  The power company opened the meter and we went to town disconnecting the utility service, removing the conductive grease, pasting the TC on t...

New Tweak --- Its Fantastic
I did my panel in steps.  First the main breakers, then the bus bar and left side grounds, and finally the right side grounds.  Each step was a noticeable improvement in terms of noise floor reduction.  To finish my electrical panel, I have an ele...
New Tweak --- Its Fantastic
Day eight for most of my system was yesterday. I had to unplug the system for a day because of thunderstorms. Before plugging and turning on everything, I treated my Uptone Audio JS-2 ps dc cable and pc the umbilical cable between my Ayon Audio S-...

Does music need to be played to effect the break-in of TC?
New Tweak --- Its Fantastic
I added the TC to my Ayon Audio S-5 Network Player and the results are magnified.  The bass is more detailed and the soundstage is expanded further. It amazing how many details are obscured without the TC treatment and this is day one.  If you tre...
New Tweak --- Its Fantastic
Put this this on my Tidal Audio Impact amp, speaker cables, power cord and XLR interconnects into amp and played music 12 hours later.  This is an outstanding contact enhancer.
Best standalone music server?
If money is no object, the Ayon Audio S-5 Network Player/Preamp with direct Ethernet connection to a NAS drive with a single solid state drive is the best I've heard.  Very analog sounding.
Ethernet Cable
The Synergistic Research UEF Ethernet transformed my system.  I'm sure having the grounding plugged into the SR Active Grounding Block SE had a significant impact.  Being able to voice the cable with the UEF Tuning bullets was very helpful.  This ...
