Balanced connecter output voltage on a Brooklyn + DAC.
I did not get a respond from Mytek but i did find this out. This specs are from the original Brooklyn, the maximum output levels at 1kHz were 9.84V from the balance outputs and 4.9V from the single ended outputs. My question is does the -6dB atten...

I will be contacting Mytek tomorrow and the DAC will be connected to my preamp with balanced cables. Some DAC's like Benchmark have dip switches to set output voltage and i was thinking maybe someone out there knows if the Brooklyn + has a way to ...

I spoke to Benchmark this morning and they advice having the attenuation jumpers at -20 which would give 1.3 volts output, putting jumpers at -10 would give me 4.0 volts which would cause distortion. Thanks again Gents for the advicejorica.
