Tube Dealers 2021
Another for the tubestore. They do specific amp setups to make it easy. Worth a look.
Is louder better?
I like loud (90+db) but usually I listen more in the 70-80db (peak) volumes. It’s more comfortable over time. My system isn’t fatiguing at all. I am just bombarded by loud all the time. A little more mellow is good. And I totally disagree with “pl...

Pass XP12. Tame, Anemic?
The XA25 isn’t the issue. As others have mentioned give it 5-7 days. Never turn it off. Put the display on auto dim if you want. The Blue Jeans RCA’s might be a part of it.
Dream Speakers = landed. Now I need to feed them!
I’m with MC on this. When you are looking at a limited budget, an integrated is the way to go. You can put money you would spend on interconnects, PC’s etc. into a higher quality Int. For your source, see if you can find one with an onboard DAC. I...

Speaker Cables to Power Amp - Left to Right/Right to Left; Does it matter?

Bang for the buck vs. “money no object” cable recommendations
I’ve always used Mogami cables on the “professional” side of music, mics, PA etc. One day I might have to give them a shot on the home gear. They are used in just about every studio out there, no reason they couldn’t be great in the home. Having s...

With that sort of listening position, perhaps look into the studio monitor realm vs desk top speaker. Studio monitors are designed for this type of listening scenario.

Am I crazy? Definitely!
Take a look at the Wilson Sabrinas... if you can possibly get a listen, you’ll most likely keep them.
Best lower end cables for B&W speakers...?
@fastninja12... the Cable Company does a try before you fully commit cable trial. They have a library.
