Due house down sizing, I have a one owner Acoustics Research CD-1 available for sale.  Well reviewed and highly regarded unit with XLR out.  Refurbished by AR several years ago and held in air-conditioned storage.
Lyngdorf MP-50 Alternative
I have a combination stereo / HT system using the MP50.  I use the PS Audio NuWave Phono Converter ADC to get both phono and tape inputs digitized for MP50 input.  Great sound, one box solution.

Contact me if you’d like to trial listen to an Acoustics Research CD1.  Great condition, just thru cleaning and belt change at AR.
3 channel amp for H/T

Classe SSP-800 - Time to move on?
@auxinput - excellent advice re the HDMI switcher.  I was not aware that a lower resolution component would impact all switch device outputs.  In lieu of a HDMI switcher, could I send all video sources direct to the 4k TV and use the HDMI out from...
