I bought hi eff speakers, 100 db.   Digital volume on the Bluesound was terrible. My old preamp didn't work I have a Khozmo with Pass XA25.  It takes 1.25V to get full output on my amp.  Input sensitivity is 50k ohms. I have no issues.  Khozmo... 
Should I update my manufactures power cords?
I have a Furman power conditioner, nothing fancy. I called Pass Labs. Do I plug my amp into the wall or the Furman?Answer: if you have dirty power, plug it into the conditioner.

Pine Tree Audio.  Well made available in a variety of colors.  Good insulation, OCC copper, quality connectors.  That's all I use in my system.  Power cords also.  Very quiet, neutral and good sound staging.  You will not need new ones. IMO
