| speaker upgrade I'd buy a different amp before I'd go to another speaker. I really like the Virgo's although I wouldn't buy them myself. Try a VT100MKII or a SF Power 2, it'll add some life to your system - and it won't cost you 12k. :P | |

| Are Carver amps worth a damn? I had a TFM-35 in my HT setup for awhile. It got replaced by an Adcom GFA-585 limited, which just absolutely blew the carver out of the water. IMHO, The TFM-35 is definitely a weak spot in your system. | |

| Anyone built a Welborne Labs amp kit? I purchased some kits from them in the past. They are unresponsive, unhelpful, and in the end - couldn't even get their own product to function properly. Good luck. |
