What speaker cables to buy for my Krell s300i amp? Try Tellurium Q Blue. Entry level for about $120. Am using them with my Maggie 3.6's and replaced $400 MIT and $1000 Goetz Alpha Core. These cables are very transparent with tons of resolution. Also great micro and macro dynamicsAlan

What to upgrade first Get a pair of Maggie 1.7'sThey will make the biggest improvement in soundAlan

Magneplanar 3.7 - recommended preamp and amp I highly recommend the Gilmore Audio Raptor 500d monoblocks for your Maggies. They now are selling for $2500 the pair. I use them on my 3.6's and they are great with the Maggies. I have never used a ss preamp so I can't recommend oneAlan
