Joule-Electra. Is it still in businessd?


I have tried to reach Jud Barber by e-mail a few times and not received an answer.

i had a very different experience. Picked up the phone and spoke directly with Mr. Barber. He was gracious and patient answering my questions even though I am not a Joule owner.
I've had both experiences. I couldn't get an answer from them a couple of times then I sent them an email saying I was going to sell my equipment if I couldn't get service and he responded immediately and very helpfully. It's weird.
