GoodGuys has dropped Panasonic?

I was in my local GoodGuys over the weekend and noticed how odd it was that Panasonic TV's, which had always been so prominent in this store, were missing entirely. I asked a salesperson about this and he responded that GoodGuys has stopped carrying Panasonic video equipment over an issue about undelivered plasma televisions. Its seems odd that Panasonic would deliberately lose visibility through a dealer this large, and that the GoodGuys would choose to drop one of the largest and most popular brands. Can anyone provide more information about this?
