What McIntosh disc player sounds better?

I was wondering if the Mcd301 sounds better than the Mvp871

I guess it would come down to, do you need the DVD-DVD/A or you after the Sacd/Redbook for playback. Either piece will justify the means whether you are looking for multi use or just two channel. In My opinion of course. McIntosh makes some great stuff.
