NAD 1700– which output to Connect Subwoofer

I want to add a subwoofer to my NAD 1700. There are two outputs; one says Normal and the other says High. Which do I connect the subwoofer??

The high will give you 13db more gain. You can try both and see what output works better with the sub that you get. BTW, you can download owners manual at HIFI ENGINE.
