i desperately need help with an audio recording that has a whisper with background noise

I need help getting rid of background noise and amplifying the whisper. please if you can help me im on a mac you can tell me if easy or i iwill even send file for someone to do

I have no idea what hellochaser is talking about and not exactly sure on OP either. @cheerbug13 have you ever considered the whisper is supposed to be there and you are just noticing it for the first time?
