How to access your “followed” discussions?

I follow discussions because I am interested in them… And I would like to come back to them on my own time rather than just be alerted when somebody posts on them. Is there anyway to access the list of all the discussions I have followed, and return to them when desired?  There should be..

Yeah - I just checked on my cell phone, and while this works on a computer, there is no way to easily access following on a cell phone.
