systemdek IIX motor stopped working

I was playing a record and it ground to a halt.  I took off the platter and the motor is def getting power I can feel it vibrating but it's not spinning.  The Platter spins very smoothly without the belt attached.  Any obvious thing to look for here?  Maybe just needs a new motor? Thank you.

I took the motor out.  Seems like the pully needs to come off the spindle to get inside the motor.  Looks like it's pressed on not sure how to this is supposed to come off?
