Asking Audioresearch about tube replacement on my LS 26

I have tryied 3 times, but the message from audioresearch did not appear....but with the mention: Message can not be appearded. 

Problems with audioresearch communications with their clients ?

My questions is about my LS 26 tube replacement and other questions about my LS 26 preamp ?

Is audioresearch always in business, or are they have any problems in responding to their clients ?

here you go...  in my experience, greg answers email promptly since covid ... they are not always answering the phone...

Both Sovtek and EH are made at the Sovtek plant.  EH just cold plates the pins, which I suppose could make a difference in sound.  I have not noticed any difference between the basic Sovtek's that ARC supplies and the gold pinned EH that I bought from Upscale Audio in my Ref 40 (and that's a good thing, given that Upscale is ~½ the price).
