I have never had trouble with ARC but I do not get my tubes from them either. Go to https://upscaleaudio.com/products/russian-6h30pi-gold-pin?variant=21830513541 and select the ARC grade tube. These tubes are tested and only the best performers get to be ARC grade. They are a bit more expensive but not ridiculous and you will notice a difference.
