trouble with V tuner

i have a cary DMS600 streamer/DAC
sounds pretty darn good
however starting  several days ago i cannot get the V tuner to play any stations
cary was no help - the reply was  "it is the service not the equipment"

anyone have any suggestion on the problem

i still have cd player, nakamichi cassette deck and a vpi turntable. but when i am busy around the house it is nice to just let a station play and forget it.

V Tuner stopped working on my Yamaha receiver after an update. Based on some quick Google searches, I think VTuner has pivoted from free to a subscription based service

so i tried it again this evening and now it is working

so may have been a problem with my wifi or the service.

hopefully it does not happen again

Reboot streame, router and modem. This fixes 99% of any difficulties.

Ditch Cary, that’s the best suggestion I can offer.  The DMS are problematic and customer service ( the sales manager) is no help.
